Exchange Policy
Items purchased from Parker Jewelers Inc. may be exchanged for a store credit within 30 days of purchase provided they are in unworn and unaltered condition. Items must also be accompanied by their original packaging and any other documentation included with the original purchase. Exchanges will not be permitted on custom design pieces, special order items, and any altered or engraved items. Certain sale items may not be eligible for exchange. Such items will be notated on the sales receipt.
Layaway Policy
Parker Jewelers offers up to 6 months interest free layaway. Most items may be put on layaway for a maximum of 6 months with a minimum deposit of 20%. There must be monthly payment activity and the item must be paid in full by the end of the layaway period. Canceled layaways are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Completed layaways are not eligible for exchange unless otherwise noted.
Custom Design
Custom design jewelry involves metals, gems and labor furnished by Parker Jewelers inc. for a specific client. As such all custom jewelry requires a 50% non-refundable deposit before any work begins. Every effort will be made by Parker Jewelers Inc. to accurately manufacture or produce the item(s) ordered. Minor adjustments, such as sizing or texturing will gladly be made by Parker Jewelers to accommodate the wearer at either a modest fee or at no charge depending on the complexity of the work involved.
Gemstone Enhancement
Many Gemstones have historically and traditionally been enhanced to improve color, clarity and/or stability. Unless otherwise noted, we assume that all gems have been subjected to the usual and customary industry treatments.

The following shipping options will be available to customers upon checkout. The total shipping cost will vary depending on the cart subtotal and the distance to the customer's zip code.

On all merchandise (except loose gemstones and merchandise above $ 3,000.00) purchased through our interest free layaway, the minimum deposit is 20% of purchase price; with balance to be paid in no more than 6 monthly payments.
